Daily Assistance with Personal Activities
We provide tailored Individual Assistance with Daily Supports; our supports are flexible and tailored to your goals and needs to support you to live the life you choose. Daily assistance can include activities relating to daily life such as household chores and self care and extend to self care like bathing and dressing.
We can also deliver High Intensity Supports which are services delivered where a participant has much higher and complex needs which require a higher degree of skills, training and supervision, that may require 24/7 supports.
Our highly skilled staff support you to live as independently as possible and assist with things like:
- Assistance with getting ready for the day
- Domestic assistance
- Meal Preparation
- Supporting you to a medical or hospital appointment
- Assisting you with groceries & leisure shopping
- Assistance with learning to use public transport
- Assistance with social and community engagement including socialising with friends
- Support with accessing health and fitness program
- Accessing social and recreational activities.
- Managing accommodation and tenancy obligations
- Developing skills so that you can be as independent as possible
