Rose brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the disability sector, having worked across both not-for-profit and for-profit NDIS providers. Her expertise spans accommodation services for adults and children, including SDA, STA, SIL, In home supports and day services. Throughout her career, Rose has held diverse roles ranging from disability support worker and rostering/care coordinator to service manager, regional community inclusion manager, and Operations & Compliance Officer.
